All double queen rooms:

from Friday 6/27/08 through and including Thursday 7/3/08

(if parents and coaches want to stay in case of late games on Thursday)

   $118.00 per room per night for Friday & Saturday (plus a 13.5% tax)

   $105.00 per room per night for Sunday thru Thursday (plus a 13.5% tax)

An important note from our Travel Coordinator, Harold Smail: 

The parents will need to e-mail me (Harold - email address below) by 3/30/08 the following information:

• Number of rooms
• Room list of each individual in each room
• Check in date
• Check out date 

I will send an e-mail to festival housing with the list on 3/31/08. The Nugget will get in touch with us about the billing. The club will need to prepay all their rooms for the week and the parents will need to prepay 1 night stay (all the 1st week of April). There is a 48 hour cancellation time frame in which they will get their 1 night prepay stay reimbursed. Ann at the Nugget is very good to work with.

There are no more rooms at the Nugget. After I send my list in on 3/31/08 all the rooms not used will go back to the festival to use for other teams.
